A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who keeps marijuana shall be prohibited from performing the act of keeping marijuana in custody by any person other than a handler of narcotics;

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, from around June 2014 to around June 16:07, 2017, the Defendant kept the hemp amounting to approximately KRW 474.51g, including the Plaintiff’s house warehouse located in Gangwon-si F, and stored the Defendant’s house leaves equivalent to KRW 16.07g in the Defendant’s house room.

2. No person, other than narcotics handlers, shall cultivate marijuana;

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, from April 2016 to October 2016, the Defendant cultivated approximately 15 marijuana at the back of the Defendant’s home, and thereafter cultivated 33 marijuana at the same place from April 2017 to June 20, 2017.

3. Smoking marijuana;

A. The first Defendant smoked marijuana on May 201, 201, in front of the Defendant’s house located in Gangwon-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the first Defendant deducted the tobacco plant from the Defendant’s house located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and then collected the horse marijuana stored in the same manner as that of paragraph 1, and then smoked the marijuana once by attaching a fire to it.

B. On June 2017, the second Defendant smoked marijuana once by inserting the Defendant’s house located in Gangwon-si, Gangwon-si, which was located in Seoul Special Self-Governing Province, after deducting the tobacco plant from the Defendant’s house located in Gangwon-si, putting the tobacco plant stored in the Republic of Korea as stated in paragraph (1), putting it into the relevant place, and putting it into the place, attaching a fire to it, and then smoking the marijuana into the Republic of Korea.

On June 19, 2017, in front of the Defendant’s house located in Gangwon-si, Gangwon-si, the third smoking Defendant: (a) deducted the tobacco plant from the Defendant’s house located in Gangwon-si; (b) collected the marijuana stored in the same manner as paragraph (1); and (c) smoked the marijuana once by putting the smoke into the house; and (d) putting it into the house; and (e) making it possible for the Defendant to smoke.
