Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant preparing false official documents is a local agricultural assistant in charge of raising the competitiveness of fruit trees while working in Gangwon F, verifying the progress of the project to enhance agricultural competitiveness, and granting subsidies.

On May 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) using a computer at the above center office, confirmed the status of the project implementation (including the completion of the project) in the column for the business trip “(s)”, “G, H, I”, and “G, H, I” in the business trip column in the column for the business trip period; and (b) returned to the Defendant.

B. On May 28, 2013, the Defendant, at the above center office, submitted one copy of the business trip statement prepared in falsity to the above center’s agricultural policy employee who was aware of the false fact, and exercised it as if he were duly prepared.

In addition, from May 28, 2013 to December 23, 2013, the Defendant held four copies of a business trip statement prepared in the same manner as in attached Table 1 re-written list of crimes.
