Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person in charge of the duties, such as reporting on the business of distributing livestock products, while serving as a public official of Grade VI in the field of viewing livestock industry from around March 14, 2012 to July 19, 2016 in the field of local health in Grade B.

1. On June 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received a report on livestock product sales business from D at the View Livestock Forestry and Office located in C; (b) visited “F” in E operated by the said D; and (c) confirmed that the Defendant failed to meet the reporting criteria, such as the absence of a freezing warehouse, unlike the details of the report.

Nevertheless, around June 11, 2015, the Defendant prepared a business trip letter stating that “at the site, as a result of visit and verification, meets the facility standards necessary for the sales business of livestock products, and meets the reported details,” using a computer at the said livestock industry and office, and entered the business trip letter as a local health assistant A in his own column.

As a result, the defendant prepared a false statement of business trip in the name of Viewing livestock forestry and local health management officials, a public document B, for the purpose of uttering.

2. On June 12, 2015, the Defendant held a false official document by having the head of the Si/Gun/Gu circulation team G and the head of the Si/Gun/Gu submit a false business trip statement to the head of the Si/Gun/Gu in a computer as if he/she were duly prepared and completed the business trip statement, which he/she did not know that it was falsely prepared at the Forestry and Office of the Livestock Industry.
