A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2018 Highest 1781" is not a person handling narcotics.

1. The Defendant, who attempted to sell or purchase philophones, posted the name non-scopon at a specific place on the Internet search, “The Defendant sold Melographs (one philoopopon; hereinafter referred to as “philoopon”) which is a local mental medicine”, by reporting an advertisement and communicating the proceeds of phiopon, and concealed phiopon at a specific place.

On the face of information, I tried to purchase a penphone by way of finding a penphone at the place.

On March 12, 2018, the Defendant attempted to purchase 750,000 won by remitting philopon to the bank account of B designated by the person in non-name, using the ATM machinery installed at a branch of the Dong Office of Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, by using the ATM machinery installed therein, at a branch of the Dong office of the Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, but the Defendant failed to send philopon to the bank account of B, but the Defendant did not receive philopon and did not complete the Defendant’s attempt.

2. On March 16, 2018, the Defendant: (a) returned KRW 400,000 out of the purchase price of the penphone transferred from the person without the name of the deceased; (b) decided to purchase the penphone by the proposal of the person without the name; and (c) on March 16, 2018, around 15:16, the Defendant purchased the penphone in the name of D using the ATM machinery installed at a branch office located in the calendar branch office in Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, at a bank located in the 430-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, to the bank account in the name of D using the ATM machinery located therein; and (d) around that time, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 750,000 in the name of the above bank account in the name of D using the ATM machinery installed therein.

3. Medication of phiphones.

A. On March 17, 2018, around 14:00, the Defendant dumped approximately 0.5g of philopon purchased from the Defendant’s home at head office, such as paragraph (2), with paragraph (2), and administered them by means of five divided times around that time.

B. On May 10, 2018, the Defendant was from the office of the above Defendant around 15:00 to the name in the name of the above Defendant around April 23, 2018.
