Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 50,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

The Defendant driving the above vehicle around 15:09 on May 6, 2016, and driving the front road of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan City at the distance of the village along the intersection, along the three-lane distance from the direction of the intersection, at an aesthetic speed.

They turn to the left.

At this point, there are many places for the traffic of ordinary vehicles at a private distance intersection, so in such a case, there was a duty of care not to observe traffic regulations, such as making a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle closely, and thus, there was a duty of care not to change in the future of the motor vehicle that stops or travels slowly in accordance with the orders under the Road Traffic Act.

Nevertheless, the Defendant has been negligent in driving the vehicle as a matter of course.

In the same direction, the French vehicle was waiting for the signal in the second direction.
