Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 30,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 30,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No driver of any motor vehicle shall change in front of another motor vehicle that stops or travels slowly in compliance with the Road Traffic Act, an order issued pursuant to the Road Traffic Act, or directions given by police officers, or in order to prevent any danger.

On June 8, 2019, at around 14:49, the Defendant passed through the safety zone in the other vehicles going slowly while driving B vehicles in the vicinity of the Young-gu Highway.
