Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a motor vehicle B.

No driver of any motor vehicle shall change in front of another motor vehicle that stops or travels slowly in accordance with the Road Traffic Act or an order issued under the Road Traffic Act.

Nevertheless, at around 16:17 March 6, 2019, the Defendant moved to the front of another vehicle that was driven by the vehicle in order to move to the right way in the order of the right way to the right way in the front of the intersection, while driving along three-lanes to the right way to the 5-lane intersection, which is located in the exit route of Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul.
