1. The Plaintiff:

A. As to the shares of Defendant B, C, D, and E in each of the lands listed in separate sheet 1 to 4, 1/5.

1. Basic facts

A. The relevant plaintiff clans of the parties are the clans that are set up in the Si of 1-year-old M and that consist of the descendants of 12-year-old N as their members.

The remaining Defendants except Defendant L are the members of the Plaintiff’s clan, and Defendant B is the descendants of Defendant C, D, I, and J are the descendants of the deceased O.

B. The circumstances of the instant land and the details of subdivision 1) one set of one unit of one unit of one unit of one unit of one unit of one unit of one unit of another unit of another unit of another unit of another unit of another unit of land, which was the land prior to the subdivision of each of the lands listed in [Attachment 1 to 3] List, was under circumstances by the State (State) around 1918 through 1928.

3) The land in the separate sheet Nos. 4 and 5, which was the land before being divided into each of the land listed in the separate sheet No. 4 and 5, was found to have been changed from the country (state) around 1918. 4) Thereafter, the land listed in the separate sheet Nos. 4 and 5 was divided from Q from the former North Korea's Republic of Korea.

C. As to each of the lands listed in [Attachment 1] No. 1 through 4, the former Jeju District Court received on December 20, 1971 (No. 3094, Dec. 31, 1977) with respect to the registration under the name of the Defendants, the former Special Measures Act on the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (No. 3094, Dec. 31, 197; hereinafter “Special Measures

(2) After the death of the network R, the registration of ownership transfer for each one-fifth share was completed on March 8, 1974 on the part of Defendant B, C, R, network R, network S, and network T-ownership. (3) After the death of the network, the registration of ownership transfer for each one-fifth share of Defendant I/10 shares was completed on June 4, 2008 as Defendant I, J-Co-ownership, as Defendant I and J-ownership No. 37336 on June 4, 2008, as to the one-fifth share of each one-fifth share in the name of the network, and ② as to the one-fifth share in the land listed in the attached list No. 2 as of June 4, 2008, the registration of ownership transfer under Defendant H’s name was completed on June 4, 2008.

③ Of the land listed in paragraph (3) of the attached list, the transfer registration of ownership in the name of Defendant G was made on June 4, 2008 by the receipt of 37337 on June 4, 2008.
