1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) The Seoul Eastern District Court with respect to the share of 1/14 of the real estate listed in the separate sheet 1.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The plaintiff, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, and M (hereinafter "the plaintiff et al.") remove 12 above-mentioned housing units on the ground and build new apartment units on the ground, and some of the following households directly own the apartment units and the rest of the households have agreed to meet the construction cost of the construction company, and either the owner of the above apartment units or the owner has transferred the status of the owner.

B. As the plaintiff et al. conducted reconstruction as above, one unit of six-story apartment building was constructed without obtaining approval for use under the Building Act on the above land on around 2005. Each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter above real estate is referred to as "each apartment building of this case", and where individual real estate is heighted, "the pertinent number apartment unit of this case" is referred to as "the above apartment unit of this case") is divided ownership of the above one unit of apartment building.

C. As to each apartment of this case, registration of ownership preservation, registration of ownership transfer, and registration of provisional seizure was completed as follows:

(1) On May 20, 2005 with respect to the apartment of this case 1, a provisional disposition registration was requested on May 20, 2005, and a registration of preservation of ownership was made on September 8, 2005 with respect to the apartment of this case by the plaintiff et al.

Of them, with respect to L 1/14 shares, the Seoul East Eastern District Court No. 42121 received on July 7, 2009, and with respect to E 1/14 shares, the registration of transfer of ownership in Q in the future was completed on May 10, 2010 by the same court No. 23535 on May 10, 201.

(2) On May 20, 2005, the request for a provisional disposition registration as of May 20, 2005, and the decision of September 8, 2005, the registration of ownership preservation shared by the plaintiff et al. was completed.

Of them, the registration of the transfer of ownership due to the sale of shares 4/14 in the aggregate of I, K, and J was completed in the R on July 24, 2008, and as Seoul Eastern District Court No. 42121, Jul. 7, 2009 with respect to L 1/14 shares.
