1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. G was killed on September 2, 2013 (hereinafter “the deceased”), and as his inheritor, Defendant B, C, D, and E, who are children, and Defendant F and H are children of Defendant C, and the Plaintiff is a person living together with the deceased.
B. Of the real estate listed in attached Table 1 List No. 1, the registration of share ownership transfer was completed in the name of the deceased, the defendant C, the F, and H on July 10, 1998 with respect to the share of 1/4 shares as to each of the real estate listed in attached Table No. 1/4 on the ground of sale on July 10, 1998, and the registration of share ownership transfer was completed in the name of the plaintiff on October 28, 2013.
C. As to each real estate listed in paragraphs 2 through 14 of the Schedule 1, each registration of ownership transfer has been completed in the name of the defendant C as follows:
A list of real estate and the date of receipt. The sale and purchase on July 10, 1998; the receipt on August 26, 1998; the sale on August 29, 200; the receipt on September 26, 200; the receipt on September 29, 200; the sale on August 29, 200; the receipt on September 26, 200; the receipt on August 29, 200; the receipt on September 26, 200; the receipt on April 30, 200; the receipt on April 30, 200; the receipt on June 8, 200; the receipt on June 20, 200; the receipt on September 26, 200; the receipt on September 20, 200; and the receipt on September 26, 200; and the receipt on September 20, 200; and
D. With respect to the real estate listed in paragraph (1) of the Attached List No. 2, on January 20, 1987, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed in the name of the deceased on January 21, 1987 on the ground of sale and purchase on January 20, 1987, and with respect to each share of 231/620 of the above real estate, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed in the name of Defendant F and H on December 20, 204 on the ground of donation on December 17, 2004.
After that, on May 22, 2013 with respect to respective shares of 79/620 of the above real estate, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of Defendant F and H on May 24, 2013 on the ground of donation on May 22, 2013.
