1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 25,318,181 and KRW 23,33,36 among them, from August 10, 2014 to the date of full payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On October 10, 2013, the Plaintiff: (a) lent KRW 30 million to the Defendant on a 36-month loan period; (b) the principal, etc. of repayment method; (c) interest rate per annum 27.5%; and (d) interest rate per annum 29% per annum.

B. From July 2, 2014, the Defendant lost the benefit of time by delinquency in paying the principal and interest.

C. As of August 9, 2014, the loan principal of KRW 25,318,181 remains remaining, including the sum of KRW 23,33,36, interest, arrears and repayment fees, as of KRW 1,984,845, etc.

According to the above facts of determination, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 29% per annum, which is 29% per annum, from August 10, 2014 to the date of full payment, with respect to the principal amount of KRW 25,318,181, and the principal amount of KRW 23,333,36, among them.

3. According to the conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
