1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,571,677 as well as KRW 60,00,000 among them, from June 11, 2015 to the day of full payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On July 28, 2014, the Plaintiff leased KRW 60,000,00 to the Defendant at the maturity of July 28, 2015, KRW 4.65% per annum, and KRW 18% per annum.

B. From April 5, 2015, the Defendant lost the benefit of time due to the Defendant’s failure to pay interest. As of June 10, 2015, the outstanding principal of the loan is KRW 60,000,000, and interest for delay is KRW 571,677.

C. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 18% per annum, which is the agreed interest rate of 60,571,677 won from June 10, 2015, and the borrowed principal of 60,000,000 won from June 11, 2015 to the date of full payment.
