1. The Defendant’s interest rate of KRW 25,398,518 and KRW 25,00,000 among the Plaintiff shall be from June 11, 2015 to the date of full payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On August 20, 2014, the Plaintiff leased KRW 25,000,00 to the Defendant at the maturity of August 20, 2015, at the rate of 6.09% per annum for interest, and at the rate of 18% per annum for delay.

B. From March 25, 2015, the Defendant lost the benefit of time due to its failure to pay interest. As of June 10, 2015, the amount of the unpaid principal of the loan is KRW 25,00,000, and interest for delay is KRW 398,518.

C. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 18% per annum, which is the agreed interest rate of 25,398,518 won borrowed as of June 10, 2015, and 25,000,000 won of the borrowed principal from June 11, 2015 to the date of full payment.
