1. On June 25, 2015, the Defendant’s refusal to disclose information to the Plaintiff is revoked.

On June 2014, B, the Plaintiff’s son of the instant disposition, was admitted to the Dong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Child Protection Agency, a child welfare facility under the Child Welfare Act, with the consent of the Plaintiff.

On June 18, 2015, the Plaintiff requested the Defendant to disclose information on the information listed in the attached list (hereinafter “instant information”).

On June 25, 2015, the Defendant refused to disclose the instant information to the Plaintiff on the ground that the instant information constitutes information subject to non-disclosure under Article 35 and Article 62 of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Child Abuse Crimes and Article 65 of the Child Welfare Act (hereinafter “Information Disclosure Act”) on the ground that it constitutes information subject to non-disclosure under Article 9(1)1 proviso of the Official Information Disclosure Act (hereinafter “Information Disclosure Act”).

(2) The Plaintiff’s claim that the Plaintiff’s disposition of this case was lawful, based on the following facts: (a) there is no dispute; (b) evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 1; and (c) the purport of the entire argument No. 1, 2, and 1; and (c) the Plaintiff’s claim that the disposition of this case is lawful, in principle, is disclosed; and (d) the information of this case can realize the propriety of the trial procedure and the legitimacy of the judgment by submitting a lawsuit seeking confirmation of invalidity of protective measures against the Plaintiff; (b) on the other hand, the Plaintiff, his father’s legal representative, may cause damage
