Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who operates a business establishment arranging sexual traffic between Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Dtel 403 from the end of May 2015 to September 15, 2015, and Defendant B is a business office serving from September 10, 2015 to September 15 of the same month.

The Defendants received calls from Defendant B, who reported and contacted online entertainment information site advertisements at the above office, and Defendant A conspired to engage in sexual traffic arranging business by guiding male customers who made such contact as above to the hotel guest room with which they promised in advance and allowing them to interfere with sexual traffic women.

On September 15, 2015, at around 19:40, the Defendants received 100,000 won in return for sexual intercourse from the remaining sex purchase who called the “F” on the Internet site on September 15, 2015, and provided guidance to the above sex purchase to H hotel in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to have sexual intercourse with I and I, a sexual traffic woman. In return, the Defendants provided 350,000 won out of the above 1 million won to the above I, thereby mediating sexual traffic.
