A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Larceny;

가. 피해자 C에 대한 범행 피고인은 울산 울주군 D에 있는 피해자 C이 운영하는 E, F의 종업원으로 근무하고 있었음을 기화로 위 매장의 창고에서, 2012. 12. 15. 20:00경 네파 클라이밍팬츠 1벌, 2012. 12. 17. 20:00경 네파 검정색 점퍼 1벌, 오프로드 내피점퍼 1벌, 2012. 12. 30. 20:00경 네파 점퍼 1벌, 오프로드 내피 1벌, 2013. 1. 3. 20:00경 오프로드 점퍼 2벌, 2012. 12. 7.부터 2013. 1. 8.까지 일자불상경 네파 점퍼 1벌, 오프로드 점퍼 2벌 시가 합계 3,273,000원 상당을 가지고 가 이를 절취하였다.
