Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[20:50 on February 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) cut off 12,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession in the train of subway No. 4 lines, which had been under way in the king Station located in Singdo-si, Singdo-si, by reducing 100,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession in the money outside the left side of the victim’s occupation; (b) one in Korean credit card, and one in new credit card, which is the market price of 10,000 won.

1. Larceny;
A. On December 31, 2013, the Defendant, within the subway 4-line train, which was proceeding with the Ansan Station located in the station of Triang Station, around 00:00 on December 31, 2013, the Defendant cut off one wall containing a 10,000 won, a driver’s license, a driver’s license, and a new card.
B. On April 7, 2014, around 00:35, the Defendant: (a) cut off one of GPEO cell phoness worth KRW 1,000,000 from the trading machine in which the victim suffered the gap in the platform No. 462, which was stopped at the platform No. 462 as of the center of the member city in Ansan-si, Ansan-si; and (b) the Defendant cut off one of GPEO mobile phoness worth KRW 1,00,000 at the market price from the trading machine where the victim suffered the gap that the victim E suffered.
2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;
A. On December 31, 2013, around 01:19, the Defendant: (a) took place at the “G” convenience store located in the member-gu F apartment shop in Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-si; (b) as indicated in paragraph (a) as if the Defendant was the lawful holder of the F apartment store, stolen and stolen as indicated in paragraph (1); and (c) paid the price of the goods by presenting the said credit card to an employee of the victim, who was the victim; and (c) received goods worth KRW 95,100 at the market price from the victim.
