Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On February 8, 2017, in front of the general hospital located in the city of Busan, the Defendant: (a) took a victim C (hereinafter “C”)’s D taxi on the front side of the Dong area in Busan, with the consent of the head of Busan, and (b) took the victim C (hereinafter “C”); (c) around 04:15, around 04:15, the Defendant told the victim, a taxi engineer, who was a taxi driver, “I would have to go back to the place of first boarding,” with “I would like to go back to the place of first boarding,” and (d) taken the victim’s neck one time on his hand, “I would go back to this wres?” and (e) took the victim’s neck on one hand, who was driving immediately before the victim entered the said taxi as the parking lot in the city of Busan, and (e) took the victim’s neck on two occasions.
2. On February 8, 2017, from around 04:20 to around 04:40, the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties by receiving a report from C, who was assaulted in the course of engaging in the operation of a taxi on the street in front of the Busan Police Station E District, as described in the foregoing paragraph 1, and thereby obstructing the legitimate performance of official duties of the said F, by taking advantage of the frobbial flacing of the Ebbbbl, where the Defendant confirmed the blick box of the said taxi (hereinafter “F”), and by taking advantage of the flacing flacing of the Ebl, where the Defendant was aware of the blick box of the said taxi.
3. The Defendant had confirmed the black stuff in the situation where C is located at the E District Parking Lot in the Busan Police Station E District at the Busan Police Station around the same time as paragraph (2).
