A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall pay 117,950,000 won to an applicant for compensation.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;

A. On August 17, 2017, the Defendant: “1. Construction name: D New Borrowing (Name E);

2. Construction site: Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C, and

2. Construction site: Seongbuk-gu Seoul;

3. Date of commencement: April 15, 2018,

4. Date scheduled for completion: November 30, 2018;

5.30% (216,000,000 won) of the total amount of the contract for the construction project;

6. The contract deposit amount of KRW 216,00,000,000,000 is stated, and the JJ representative director, which was created in advance in the lower contractor column, was stamped and delivered to B.

Accordingly, the Defendant, as seen above, forged one copy of the standard contract for private construction works under the name of H(H) representative director I, which is a private document on the rights and obligations, and exercised it by delivering it to B as if it was genuine.

2. Fraud;

A. On August 17, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around August 17, 2017, at the victim B’s residence located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C (hereinafter “instant land”); (b) lack of social experience, and (c) was at the world’s remains.
