1. As to KRW 605,939,384 and KRW 605,00,00 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 605,939,384 from October 11, 2014 to November 5, 2015.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff and the Defendant’s construction contract 1) The Defendant concluded a construction contract with the Plaintiff and the Defendant, at Jeju, “D” with the size of the first and third floors above ground, which are accommodation facilities in C (hereinafter “instant cartel”).
