1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant A’s buildings listed in the attached list No. 1;

B. Defendant B shall set forth in [Attachment List] Section 2.

Reasons

1. Claim against Defendant B, C, D, E, and F

A. On February 8, 2010, the Plaintiff entered the claim as KRW 24,05,00, monthly rent of KRW 161,000, monthly rent of KRW 55,000, monthly rent of KRW 440,000, monthly rent of KRW 440,00 with respect to the building specified in paragraph (3) of the attached list with Defendant C on August 19, 200, the lease deposit of KRW 20,540,00 with respect to the building specified in paragraph (4) of the attached list with Defendant D on November 26, 2013; KRW 146,720, monthly rent of KRW 146,720; and KRW 16,50,000 with respect to the building specified in the attached list with Defendant E on June 26, 2012; and KRW 36,000,000, KRW 3636,74,208,74,207.

In the above lease agreement, there was an agreement that the Plaintiff may terminate the lease agreement if the Defendants, the lessee, were in arrears for more than three consecutive months.

Defendant B was in arrears with KRW 1,763,710 for ten months; KRW 4,262,650 for nine months; KRW 1,360,878 for nine months; KRW 1,765,07 for nine months; and KRW 2,256,480 for nine months; and KRW 2,256,480 for nine months.

The Plaintiff terminated the housing lease contract to the said Defendants on the ground of rent delay.

Therefore, the above defendants who possess the building in paragraphs 2 through 6 of the same list have the duty to order the plaintiff, the owner of the building, as the owner of the building.

(b) Defendants B, C, E, and F of the applicable provisions of Acts: Article 208(3)2 and Article 150(3) (self-conception) of the Civil Procedure Act; Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act;

2. On December 27, 2013, the Plaintiff filed a claim against Defendant A and G with respect to the building specified in paragraph (1) of the attached Table with Defendant A as KRW 15,091,00, monthly rent of KRW 168,720, and on June 27, 2014, the lease deposit of KRW 20,282,00,00 and monthly rent of KRW 206,200 for the building specified in the attached list with Defendant G.
