Reasons

I. Description of claims

1. Conclusion of a lease contract;

A. On March 3, 2014, the Plaintiff and Defendant A used rental deposit amounting to KRW 16,881,000 (in figures: KRW 773,00) and monthly rent of KRW 163,430 with respect to the buildings listed in paragraph (5) in the separate sheet as of March 3, 2014;

B. On June 9, 2014, the Plaintiff and Defendant B made a security deposit of KRW 19,719,00 for the buildings listed in paragraph (6) of the attached Table No. 6 as indicated in the attached Table No. 19,719,00 for the rental deposit (personal portion: KRW 903,00 for the personal portion) and KRW 2

C. On February 23, 2015, the Plaintiff and Defendant C have the rental deposit of KRW 16,881,000 (in human portion: KRW 773,000) and monthly rent of KRW 163,430 with respect to the buildings listed in paragraph (7) in the attached Table No. 7 of the attached Table;

D. On July 9, 2014, the Plaintiff and Defendant D made rental deposit amounting to KRW 20,846,00 for the buildings listed in paragraph (8) of the attached Table Nos. 8 as of July 9, 2014 (in personality portion: KRW 954,00) and monthly renting to KRW 232,120 for each month;

E. On August 1, 2014, the Plaintiff and Defendant E have the rental deposit amounting to KRW 21,293,000 for the buildings listed in paragraph (9) in the attached Form No. 9 as of August 1, 2014, and KRW 237,090 for monthly rent:

(f) On June 16, 2014, the Plaintiff and Defendant F made the rental deposit of KRW 18,122,00 for the buildings listed in paragraph (10) listed in the attached Table No. 10 as of June 16, 2014 (personal portion: KRW 830,000), monthly rent of KRW 174,620;

G. On April 25, 2014, the Plaintiff and Defendant G used the rental deposit amounting to KRW 29,725,000 for the buildings listed in Section 12 listed in the separate sheet, and KRW 202,520 for monthly rent;

H. On March 10, 2014, the Plaintiff and Defendant H have the rental deposit of KRW 23,056,000 (personal portion: KRW 1,056,000) and monthly rent of KRW 157,200 with respect to the buildings listed in paragraph 13 of the attached Table as indicated in the attached Table list;

I. On December 27, 2013, the Plaintiff and Defendant I concluded each housing lease agreement with respect to the building stipulated in paragraph 15 of the attached Table No. 15 as indicated in the attached Table No. 23,160,000 (personal portion: KRW 1,060,000) and monthly rent of KRW 158,240, respectively.

(Term of Lease is an agreement that allows the contract or renewal contract to be concluded on a two-year basis from the date of initial occupancy). 2. According to each of the above lease agreements that terminate each contract due to delay of monthly rent, if the above Defendants, a lessee, have delayed each of the above monthly rent for at least three consecutive months, the Plaintiff.
