A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On November 30, 1974, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a maximum of three years and six months for larceny and three years for a short of three years for stay at the Daegu District Court. On April 15, 1987, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspension of the execution of one year for a special larceny at the Seoul Northern District Court. On October 14, 1987, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspension of the execution of one year and six months for a special larceny. On May 11, 1990, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspension of the execution of one year and six months for a special larceny.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Around 00:40 on August 4, 2012, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the property damage on the road in front of the “Dnorn” located in C, and (b) caused the damage of the said car to be KRW 1,162,164 on the front of the FST5 car leased and managed by the victim E, a concrete brick that was parked in the surrounding area without any particular reason, under the influence of alcohol.

2. In order to prepare living expenses, etc., the Defendant: (a) went back to the Yancheon-dong and door scambling; (b) cut the electric wires to cut off the electric lines on the water; and (c) cut off them to dispose of them on the water; and (d) on March 3, 2013, the Defendant habitually cut off the electric wires of approximately KRW 1,452,000 in an amount of approximately 67 meters in the market price owned by the victim’s Yancheon-gun branch; and (b) cut the electric wires of approximately KRW 1,452,00 in a total amount of KRW 95 times from March 3, 2013 to October 1, 2014; and (c) cut off the electric wires of approximately KRW 60,034,94 of the victims’ property at a total amount of 95 times as indicated in the attached list of crimes.

No motor vehicle which is not covered by the mandatory insurance of 2015 Height 111 shall be operated on the road.

Nevertheless, at around 17:45 on June 21, 2012, the Defendant operated G Poter freight cars not covered by mandatory insurance on the G Poter-type G Poter-type, G Poter-type, G G Poter-type.
