A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A theft: (a) around February 2015, the Defendant stolen the amount of 150 km (150 km) price in the market value equivalent to KRW 90,000,000, owned by the victim housing site construction corporation located in the area where the housing site construction project was conducted; (b) around February 1, 2015, in a way that gallons are loaded onto the gallon, by spreading it.

2. Night building thief;

A. On July 14, 2015, at around 22:10, the Defendant: (a) intruded the victim’s fluence signal 65-4, Hocheon-gun, Geumcheon-gun, Geumcheon-do, in the field office of the company that was kept in the Mancheon-si; and (b) stolen 500 meters of electric wires (F-CV 500 Q) equivalent to KRW 4,903,50, the market value of the victim’s company that was kept in the Mancheon-si, the Defendant carried Mancheon-do, from the Mancheon-gun, to the gallon-si.

B. On July 23, 2015, around 23:41, 2015, the Defendant: (a) intruded the victim’s fluence signal 65-4 in the off-site office of the Sincheon-gun, Geumcheon-gun, Geumcheon-gun, and then invaded the victim’s electric wires (F-CV 25S Q) worth KRW 765,90,00, the market price of the victim’s company holding the Mancheon-si in the Mancheon-si; and (b) stolen the Defendant’s electric wires (F-CV 25S Q) by carrying 300 meters

C. On August 6, 2015, at around 22:39, the Defendant: (a) sold the ground below the fence to the on-site office of the victim flusium 65-4, Gicheon-gun, Gicheon-gun, Gicheon-do, Geumcheon-si, and cut off the electric wires (F-CVV 25S Q Q) of an amount equivalent to KRW 765,90,00 at the market price owned by the victim company, which is kept in the Mancheon-gu, the Defendant: (b) loaded the ground below the fence; and (c) stolen the electric wires (F-CV 25S Q Q) 30 meters from the market price of the victim company

On August 16, 2015, at around 21:06, the Defendant: (a) sold the land under the fence to the site office of the victim Yeung-ri 65-4, the Defendant cut off electric wires (F-CV 35S Q) equivalent to KRW 3,547,500 at the market price, which is owned by the victim company that was kept in the mavise at the evise.g., the Defendant: (b) cut off 500 meters of electric wires (F-CV 35S Q) at the location of the victim company.
