A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 7, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and the Resident Registration Act (hereinafter “Act”) and the Act on the Registration of Residents, on May 15:33, 2013, the Defendant: (a) driven a passenger car in the right south-west-west-west-west-west-west-west-west-west Highway (hereinafter “IC”) with no driver’s license; (b) controlled a passenger seat belt by a police officer without a driver’s license; and (c) was requested to inform the police officer of his/her personal information without a driver’s license, and used the other person’s resident registration number by speaking D, a resident registration number of the retired employee C, to the control police officer as if he/she was his/her resident registration number.

2. On March 7, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) and the Act on Guarantee of Compensation for Automobile Damages: (a) drive a motor vehicle with B S-type car not covered by the mandatory insurance without a driver’s license from the new T-ri distance in the front side of Pyeongtaek-si on March 7, 2014; (b) from September 20, 2014 to September 05:26, 2014, the Defendant driven the motor vehicle without a driver’s license on 71 occasions without a driver’s license.
