1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are dismissed.

Basic Facts

1) On December 15, 2011, the net C is a cancer insurance contract that provides for the policyholder and the insured’s network C and the insurance period from December 15, 201 to December 15, 2062 between the Defendant interesting State Fire and Marine Insurance (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

2) Of the General Conditions for Guarantee of Injury, Death, and Death of the Insurance Contract No. 1, the contents relating to the instant case are as follows.
