A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant's sole crime;

A. On March 15, 2013, from around 07:00 to around 16:03 of the same day, the Defendant interfered with the victim C’s business with the victim’s business: (a) at the “E restaurant in the operation of the victim C; (b) under the influence of alcohol, the victim was able to see the victim’s “if the victim is at the same end,” and (c) under the influence of alcohol, the victim re-enters the Defendant into the restaurant; (d) if the victim gets out of the above restaurant; or (e) if the victim gets out of the restaurant, the victim could not enter the restaurant again; and (e) interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force by entering the above restaurant by not later than March 26, 2013, including interfering with the victim’s restaurant business by force.

B. On March 25, 2013, from around 21:00 to around 22:00 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) threatened the victim in the operation of the Victim F (47 years of age); (b) under the influence of alcohol, the victim threatened the victim with “satisf,” “sat,” “satisf,” “sat,” and “satisf,” and “sat.,” and (c) expressed a large voice with “satisf,” “sat,satf,” and “satf,satf,satf,sat,” so as to interfere with the victim’s marina business by force; and (d) interfered with the victim’s business by force from April 5, 2013 to April 2013.

2. The Defendant and I, along with I, filed a joint crime with I, in Hart operated on April 4, 2013 by the victim F (the age of 47) located in G on or around 09:10 on or around April 4, 2013, as set forth in paragraph 1-b, as the victim reported 112 at the time of the disturbance in the Mart, and I reported it to the victim of the instant Mart, “I only reported it to the J police box. I have reported it to the victim. I have reported it to the police box. I have reported it to the police box.”
