A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Seized evidence No. 1 shall be confiscated.

1,015,714 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 21, 2012, the Defendant purchased 300,000 won on the front of the E University located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and approximately 0.7 g of psychotropic drugs, after receiving approximately 0.7 g of psychotropic drugs.

2. On September 21, 2012, around 22:00, the Defendant issued 550,000 won from I before the H road located in Daegu Northern-gu G and sold phiphones by delivering approximately 0.5g of philophones purchased as provided in the preceding paragraph.

8. On March 11, 2013, the Defendant sold from around 13:40 to 18:40 the following day, and kept 2.1632g of the remaining philophones in Props, and carried them.
