1. Facts of recognition;

가. 피고 B는 2013. 10. 2. 18:06경 서울 은평구 소재 자신의 집에서 G 게시판에 “H”라는 게시 글에 대화명 ‘I'를 이용하여 “저새끼 대가리에 칼꼽아서 비틀어죽이고싶다 좆같네 씨발 퉤퉤”라는 댓글을 게시하여 공연히 원고를 모욕하였다.

Defendant B received a summary order of KRW 1 million from this Court on November 19, 2015 due to the above criminal facts.

B. On December 24, 2014, the Plaintiff posted “K” as the title “K” on the Internet J site’s “data room oil bulletin board,” with the sign written on the Twitter, and Defendant C reported the Twitter’s writing on December 10:36, 2014, and openly insulting the Plaintiff.

On June 23, 2015, Defendant C was subject to a disposition of suspending prosecution for the above criminal facts by the prosecutor of the Gun Office of the former District Prosecutors' Office.

C. On October 15, 2013, the Plaintiff posted a video and picture showing one person’s demonstration in the square of the Seoul Metropolitan Government Office, the Yongsan War Memorial, etc., on the bulletin board of the “L”, a camera of the Internet portal “L” as of October 15, 2013, and Defendant D made and posted a statement that “dub management and piracy” was “Bed and Sickia” in the above text on the same day, and publicly insulting the Plaintiff.

On July 31, 2015, Defendant D received a disposition of suspension of indictment for the above criminal facts from the prosecutor of the Suwon District Prosecutors' Office.

성명불상자가 2011. 4. 19. 인터넷 포털 ‘다음’의 카페인 ‘L’의 ‘엽기사진실’ 게시판에 “N”라는 제목으로 원고에 관한 기사 등을 스크랩하여 게시하자, 피고 E는 같은 날 13:22경 위 글에 “이새끼말을 들어보니까 우리가 군대를 없애면 세계인들이 지켜줄거라고 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 세계인들한테 우리를 지키기위해 군대가 있는건데 병신새끼 ㅋㅋ”라는 댓글을 작성하여 게시하여 공연히 원고를 모욕하였다.
