1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant A’s building indicated in the attached list

B. Defendant B shall have the floor among the buildings listed in the attached list 103.

Reasons

1. The basis for the request;

A. The Plaintiff announced the designation of a rearrangement zone on November 26, 2008. On November 23, 2009, the Plaintiff was a project implementer for an I housing redevelopment and improvement project whose project area covers 210,350 square meters of H Won-gu, Sungnam-si as the project district for the alteration of the rearrangement zone. The Plaintiff obtained the authorization for the implementation of the project on December 4, 2009 and the authorization for the implementation of the project on December 28, 2015 from Sungnam-si, and obtained the authorization for the management and disposal plan under Article 48 of the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents. Pursuant to Article 49(3) of the same Act, the Sungnam-si City announced the above management and disposal plan on June 26, 2017.

B. Defendant A is the owner of the building listed in the separate sheet, who occupies and uses the building listed in the separate sheet.

Defendant B shall have 103.44 square meters on the ground floor of the building listed in the attached list; Defendant C shall have 23.35 square meters on the attached list among the first floor of the building listed in the attached list; Defendant C shall have 42.11 square meters on the attached list; Defendant C shall have 23.35 square meters on the attached list; Defendant D shall have 24.08 square meters on the attached list among the first floor of the building listed in the attached list; Defendant C shall have 24.08 square meters in the series of the points listed in the attached list; Defendant C shall have 42.1 square meters in the attached list; Defendant F shall have 42.41 square meters in the following order; and Defendant C shall have 12.44 square meters in the attached list among the 1st floor of the building listed in the attached list; and Defendant D shall have 24.08 square meters in the attached list; Defendant C shall have 37.72 square meters in the attached list; and 47.7.7.4 square meters in the attached list of the building; and 5.7.4.2.2.1.

C. Since the management and disposal plan for the housing redevelopment improvement project implemented by the Plaintiff was approved and publicly announced on June 26, 2017, pursuant to Article 49(6) of the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents, if the management and disposal plan is authorized and publicly announced, the owner of the land or building in the rearrangement zone shall be the day
