A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Seized evidence shall be confiscated, respectively. 1 through 6, 9 through 19, and 22 through 26.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 10, 2017, the Defendant, with a view to exercising at the residence of the Defendant, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City C and C, 10,000 won, using a local compound device, copied the right of KRW 50,00 won and KRW 10,00,00 in a closed form using a stacker knife, etc., and forged 30,000 won (Serial number: D) issued by the Bank of Korea, which is similar to pneumoconiosis in the Republic of Korea, and 50,000 won (number: E) issued by the Bank of Korea, which is similar to pneumoconiosis, and forged 50,00 won (number: F, G, and H) 10,000 won.

2. Counterfeiting counterfeited currencies;

A. On October 14, 2017, at around 14:00, the Defendant presented 10,000 won forged, as set forth in paragraph 1, at the store in the south-gu Seoul, Seoul, Seoul, Seoul, at the 21 South Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, Seoul, and exercised one copy of the forged 10,000 won right (F.).

B. On October 19, 2017, at around 16:00, the Defendant presented one copy of forged 50,000 won (Serial No. D) forged, as set forth in paragraph 1, at a 5-day street store in Jasan-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, J. 1, and exercised it by using a scoping method.

On October 20, 2017, the Defendant presented 50,000 won of forged Bank of Korea issued 13,000 won in cash after purchasing 13,00 won of 13,00 won in cash at the street store operated by the front L in front of the K Building in Jung-gu, Seoul.

3. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. At around October 20, 2017, the Defendant smoked by inserting approximately 0.5g of hemp as a pipe pattern made of Aluminum aluminium in the Defendant’s residence, around October 20, 2017.

2) At around October 24, 2017, the Defendant smoked by inserting approximately 0.5g of hemp as a pipe-shaped shot day in the dwelling of the above Defendant at around October 17, 2017.

3) On October 31, 2017, the Defendant used the hemp plant around October 20, 2017 at around 20:00.
