A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a sexual traffic business establishment under the trade name of "C from the second, third, and fourth floor of a building located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government."

1. 성매매알선등행위의처벌에관한법률위반(성매매광고) 피고인은 2019. 1. 18.경부터 2019. 4. 14.경까지 위 성매매업소인 'C'에 성매수를 하려는 불특정 다수인을 모집하기 위하여 인터넷 사이트인 ‘D'와 'E’를 관리하는 성명불상자에게 광고비를 지급하고 위 사이트에 'F, G'라는 연락처와 함께 '원샷 60분 15만 원, 투샷 70분 20만 원'이라는 내용의 성매매 광고문구와 여성의 이미지 사진을 게시하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant advertised a business place where sexual traffic or arrangement of commercial sex acts is conducted.

2. From January 18, 2019 to April 14, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) provided, “C”, which is a business establishment of the said commercial sex acts, with the equipment such as 10 the massage room in which the shower room is located, 18 the massage room in which there is no shower room, 18 the rest room, etc., 3 the massageH, 2 the employees I, etc., 2 the female employees in charge of the commercial sex acts, and 1,70,000 won from the many unspecified male customers who found the advertisement as above, reported the advertisement as above 140,000 won to the price of the commercial sex acts, and provided guidance to the massage room where the said female employees are waiting for the said female workers, and provided them with sexual intercourse with the female guests.

Accordingly, the defendant committed acts of arranging sexual traffic for business purposes.

3. Any person in violation of the Educational Environment Protection Act shall be equipped with facilities in the form of smuggling or partitions, which are businesses providing services in which physical contacts between unspecified persons or sexual acts, such as exposure to sealed parts, are conducted, or which are feared to be conducted, or similar acts are feared to be conducted, in an educational environment protection zone;
