A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (or the arrangement of commercial sex acts) that operates commercial sex acts in the name of F in the Cheongju-si E;

From August 3, 2017 to March 26, 2018, the Defendant was equipped with 8 massage rooms and 3 shower rooms in the said business establishment. The Defendant: (a) directed male customers who find out the said place by employing sexual traffic women, etc. of the cash at the time of cash settlement with the price for sexual traffic; (b) directed male customers of the payment of the price for sexual traffic at the time of credit card settlement; and (c) had sexual traffic women do sexual intercourse with male customers, thereby arranging sexual traffic.

2. No person in violation of the Educational Environment Protection Act shall operate a business to provide services in educational environment protection zones, such as physical contact between unspecified persons, exposure to confidential parts, etc., or which are likely to cause any act similar thereto, for the purpose of protecting the health, sanitation, safety, learning, and educational environment of students;

Nevertheless, from August 3, 2017 to March 26, 2018, the Defendant operated commercial sex acts establishments as above at the relative protection zone located around about 74 meters from G High Schools.
