A on March 18, 1998, in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch of the Daegu District Court, sentenced to one year of suspension of the execution of imprisonment for special larceny. On December 23, 201, the Seoul Central District Court received a summary order of one million won as a fine for larceny.

B On August 14, 2003, the Changwon District Court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten years for special larceny.

1. On November 13, 2012, the Defendants and E conspired with E to drive a motor vehicle to the vicinity of the said victim’s house, and Defendant A and Defendant B considered the victim’s house in the vicinity of the said victim’s house and considered the network, while they opened a new door of the said victim’s house and opened the door of the said victim’s house and cut off the said door with KRW 20,000, which is the cash owned by the victim in the United States, from around November 13, 2012.
Defendants and E attempted to steal or steal money and valuables worth approximately KRW 13,580,60,00 in total in the same way over 33 occasions, as shown in attached Table 1, between the period from that time to December 31, 2012.

On December 7, 2012, Defendant A and E conspired with Defendant A to drive a motor vehicle to the vicinity of the said victim’s house, and Defendant A was able to look at the surrounding areas of the said victim’s house and seeed the network, Defendant A, in collusion with the said victim’s house, she went through a room through the window that was not corrected in the said victim’s house, and she used three precious metals with the market price of KRW 500,000, market price of KRW 500,000, market price of which is owned by the said victim.

A and E shall be money and valuables worth approximately KRW 3,362,50,000 in total in the same way on seven occasions, as shown in attached Table 2, between December 27, 2012 and December 27, 201.
