Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A, on August 16, 2013, sentenced one year and two months to imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. in the Chungcheong District Court Assistance, on August 24, 2013, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on August 24, 2013, and paroled on May 26, 2014 during the execution of the sentence, and the remaining term of the sentence was imposed on June 26, 2014. 1. The sole criminal conduct of Defendant A;

A.
