1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

2. Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person engaging in driving a showsaw car.

On August 15, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver's license on August 20, 2013, and started the four-lane road in front of the Ho-ro distance in the front side of the Ho-dong at Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si.

In this case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by accurately manipulating the operation and steering gear of the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and caused the negligence of wrong manipulation of fishing, and subsequently stopped the part of the victim C(39 years old) driving, which was stopped later, as the front part of the Defendant’s passenger car.

Ultimately, the Defendant, through occupational negligence above, sustained injury to the victim C, such as catum salt, etc. requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment, suffered injury to the victim E (five years of age) on the left-hand slot part requiring medical treatment for about about 10 days, and, at the same time, escaped without taking necessary measures, such as immediately stopping the victim's vehicle while destroying approximately 235,200 won for repair, such as exchanging the victim's vehicle, and saving the victim's vehicle.
