Reasons

Punishment of the crime

As a medical device manufacturer, D University Co., Ltd. has its head office No. 404, 405 in Nam-gu, Busan.

The defendant in the above company is a real manager as a director, and E is an employee from December 2009 to March 2012.

1. On or around January 2010, the Defendant entered into a labor contract/B company (hereinafter referred to as “A”) and E (hereinafter referred to as “B”) with a computer for the purpose of uttering at the above principal office, and agreed to enter into and perform the following labor contracts in good faith:
