A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person driving BM3 vehicles.

On July 2, 2019, the defendant driving the above vehicle and became to turn to the left from the shooting distance of the Road Traffic Authority located in the 114th cultural center in Gwangju Northern-gu to C.

However, in the right side of the defendant's vehicle, the victim D(the age of 42) driven by the victim DD(the age of 42) who is to turn to the left, and thus, the defendant has to drive the vehicle along the leading lane. However, the defendant invadedd the leading lane of the victim, prevented the victim from driving the vehicle in front of the victim, and led the victim to a dispute with the victim.

The Defendant, immediately after the aforementioned verbal dispute, while driving ahead of G road located in Gwangju Northern-gu F, Gwangju Northern-gu, the victim's vehicle was behind the Defendant's vehicle, and the victim's vehicle was forced to speed up the Defendant's vehicle to attack the victim's vehicle by stopping the vehicle, and the victim's vehicle was written off by a mixed-level.

The vehicle of the victim seems to be close to the vehicle of the defendant, and the vehicle of the victim was fluored by the vehicle of the defendant after the vehicle of the defendant.

The Defendant: (a) caused damage to the victim by shocking the victim’s vehicle, which is a dangerous object; (b) caused damage to the victim, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of medical treatment for about two weeks; and (c) caused damage to the damaged vehicle by allowing approximately KRW 570,938 of repair cost to exchange the spread of the damaged vehicle.
