1. The summary of the facts charged is the victim C (52 years of age, female) and the relationship between law and the defendant, or currently separate from the other.

On November 20, 2013, around 7:30 on November 20, 2013, the Defendant assaulted the victim by taking the face of the victim in drinking, while making a dispute with the victim at the Defendant’s residence located in Ansan-gu D 301.

The defendant of "2014 Highest 916" is the relationship between the victim C (52 years of age, female) and the legal relationship.

On February 24, 2014, around 13:00, the Defendant assaulted the victim by breaking the head debt of the victim while making a dispute with the victim at the Defendant’s residence located in Ansan-gu D 301, Ansan-gu, Ma301.

2. We examine the judgment. This is a crime falling under Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Code and cannot be prosecuted against the victim's express intent under Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Code. According to the records, it is evident that C has withdrawn the victim's wish to punish the defendant after instituting the prosecution of this case. Thus, each of the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 (6) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
