Punishment of the crime

On May 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim C (the 52-year-old) who was in a legally marital relationship, but was in a separate marital relationship; (b) said that the victim was “datisf or fat”; (c) on the ground that the victim refused it; (d) was satfing the victim’s breath and bating the victim’s face; and (d) was fatd by drinking, when the victim’s face was fatd by hand.
