The prosecution against the defendant is dismissed.

1. On August 15, 2020, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s body with his/her hand while doing a dispute with the victim D ( South Korea, 41 years old) and parking at the 1st floor parking lot located in the 1st floor located in the Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do, 2020.

2. The offense of violence on the market shall not be prosecuted against the clearly expressed will of the victim under Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act as a crime falling under Article 260 (1) of the same Act.

In this regard, the victim D expressed his intention not to be punished for the defendant during the examination of the witness after the institution of the instant prosecution.

The public prosecution against the defendant is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
