Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a vehicle of CMF5 that he/she owns.

On July 12, 2016, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.05% at a distance of about 1m from the front parking lot of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the front road of 115(Seongdong) in the fluence of the 115m from the fluence of Gangdong-gu to the fluence of the 115m.
