When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 21, 2017, at around 21:50, the Defendant driven a C-A-A-D motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol leveling at approximately 0.05% and below 0.1% in the 20-meter section of alcohol level from the restaurant parking lot for “Domb Village” located in the Newbuk-gu, Gwangju to the road before the same “wholly clean sea.”
