Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, as to the Defendants, each of the above two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall provide property or financial benefits to persons who issued sports betting tickets or similar things and predicted the result thereof.

The Defendants and the false names shared the role of the Defendants to operate the Internet illegal sports gambling site to many and unspecified domestic unspecified persons by using the overseas server, and the false names of the Defendants prepared an office in the Philippines, followed the role of creating and operating the illegal sports gambling site, and the Defendants conspired to share the role of managing the members of the above gambling site.

The Defendants: (a) conspired with the person under whose name the Defendants: (b) opened an illegal sports gambling site, such as “C,” holding a server in the Republic of the Philippines from February 14, 2017 to March 14, 2019; (c) received a total of 68,66,30,394 won from many and unspecified members to 16 accounts, such as the Agricultural Cooperative (E) in the name of the Bank of Bankruptcy and the post office accounts (G) in the name of a limited liability company, and exchanged the money to its members for money; and (d) caused its members to buy money from their respective members before holding the games, such as a stable, deaf-gu, and distribution rate of money from their members to their members; and (e) from around October 19, 2018 to around October 30, 2015 to September 19, 2015, Defendant A paid money from their respective members to their respective inquiries, including the said game money.

As a result, the Defendants did not receive the entrustment of the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation in collusion with those who were infinite.
