Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant traded and administered the psychotropic drugs clocks (one philopon, hereinafter “philopon”) as follows.

1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;

A. B. On June 21, 2016, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of phiphonephones in the same manner as the preceding paragraph, around 07:00 on June 21, 2016, around 07:00.
