Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with C to administer philophones.

B. From March 8, 2016 to around the 9th day of the same month, the Defendant injected approximately 0.1g of philophones in Incheon Bupyeong-gu, 507, and philophones in a single-use injection machine, and administered them by means of injection to the Defendant’s arms.

3. On March 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.7 gramphones, which were 100,000 won, from I for a single-use guard in the Helon G located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, for the Haman on March 2015.

5. On December 2015, the Defendant of the Rophone medication, in the middle of December 2015, at the 21st order of mid-21:00, in the N located near the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.
