A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the father of the victim C (V, 7 years of age).

5. The Defendant assaulted the victim by her hand on the ground that the victim’s body was old at the home of the above Defendant around A around A, 2013.

6. Around December 22, 2013, the Defendant, at the above Defendant’s house around 20:30 on December 22, 2013, inflicted injury on the victim’s body, such as salvine, salvine, salt, etc., requiring treatment for about two weeks, by leaving the victim’s body with a defect that the victim would salvine and salvine.
