[Defendant A] Imprisonment with prison labor for six months

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of one year from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 2018, Defendant A accepted the “IESS English test” organized by the British Cultural Institute in Korea from D, which was the first place on his own behalf and entered the Republic of Korea as tourism visa by accepting it. On June 2, 2018, Defendant A applied for the IETS English test on the first floor of SP 1, 2018, i.e., the Plaintiff presented the Defendant’s photograph against the victim E as his/her passport, i.e., the Non-public Republic of Korea passport in the name of D with the Defendant’s photograph attached to D’s photograph, i.e., the Plaintiff’s seat attached to D’s designated seat.

As a result, the Defendant exercised the forged D's passport as if it was duly established, and at the same time interfered with the hosting of the English Cultural Institute's "IES English Test" by deceptive means.

2. Defendant B, at the end of May 2018, received a request from F, who was a branch of F, to request the English cultural institute in Korea to see the “IELS English test,” which was held by the English cultural institute in Korea, and entered the Republic of Korea as tourism visa by accepting the request. On June 2, 2018, Defendant B applied for the IELS English test on the first floor of SP 1, 2018, SP 1, 2018, i.e., the Plaintiff and the victim E of F, who was forged in the name of F, with a synthetic photograph attached to F, presented the Defendant and the victim E as his/her passport, and attached F’s seat to F.

As a result, the Defendant exercised a forged F-name passport as if it was duly established, and at the same time interfered with the hosting of the English Cultural Institute's "IES English Test" by deceptive means.
