A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant, a foreigner of Sri Lanka’s nationality, who was refused to file a visa under his/her name, paid 1,200,000 Swiss Lanka’s name to the person in default of the name on February 2, 2016, and 28/03/2016 “B”, “C”, “D”, and “28/2016 on the date of issuance of the passport” in the name column, “B”, “C”, “D”, and “28/2026 on the date of expiry of the passport.”

1. On April 14, 2016, the Defendant displayed the falsified International Airport at the Jung-gu Incheon International Airport, 271, and the above forged passport as if it were a true passport issued.

3. When a foreigner violating the Immigration Control Act intends to enter the Republic of Korea, he shall carry a valid passport.

The Defendant entered the Republic of Korea at the above date and place, and entered the Republic of Korea with a forged passport under the name of “B” as above.
