A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 8, 2004, the Defendant entered the Republic of Korea as a non-professional employment (E-9-98) status around August 8, 2004 with the nationality of the People's Republic of China and for which the period of sojourn was over April 26, 2005.

After the expiration of the period of stay, Defendant was unable to enter and depart from a casino in Korea using his passport, Defendant changed his date of birth to enter the casino with a forged passport, and used a forged passport to enter the casino.

On the 18th day of the same month, the Defendant posted the Defendant’s photograph on the food store located in the wife population in Gi-si, and received the Defendant’s photograph from the above influence using the passport of the Republic of China of the Republic of China, which was forged by stating “E” as “E”.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged the passport in the name of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China, which is a private document on the certification of facts.

2. Exercising the relevant investigation document;

A. On June 9, 2018, the Defendant, at the entrance of G hotel H in Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, exercised a forged passport, as described in paragraph 1, to enter the said casino, presented it to an employee of a name-free casino who was unaware of the forgery, as if the passport was duly issued, as described in paragraph 1, to enter the said casino.

B. At around 10:30 on July 3, 2018, the Defendant, at the entrance of the above H’s Kaz, presented a forged passport to enter the said casino, as described in paragraph (1), and presented it to an employee of a name-free casino with no knowledge of the forgery.
